The first thing we do when we go into a customer’s home, we interview customer and listen very closely to what they’re looking for. Once we know their needs, their environment and their budget, we try to educate our customer, teach them about the different types of flooring, including hardwood flooring, Travertine, marble, porcelain or ceramic tile and even carpeting.

Why choose engineered hardwood flooring? Read to find out.

Many people feel that the only “true” hardwood floor uses solid hardwood only. Solid hardwood floors can be refinished much easier than engineered hardwood flooring, and that’s the most consistent reason that people use to make that claim, unless they’re just being traditionalists.

But solid hardwood flooring is not perfect, and is certainly not the be-all and end-all of flooring options.
