And that’s why we love what Donny Deutsch has done with his townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan—we feel it could be done to wonderful effect here in Southern California. What’s better to offset the heat in the summer, whether you’re on the coast in Laguna Beach or in the foothills of Yorba Linda, than a completely white room.
